You can never actually open (in the sense double-click) on an ISO file, but you can burn it to a CD or DVD as an image, and then you can open it from that CD\/DVD.<br \/>\nHere is how to burn ISO files so you can open them:<\/p>\n<p>Step One. Open the Windows explorer and locate the file with ISO extension:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1786\" src=\"https:\/\/www.filepuma.com\/reviews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/pKEjX23543795c906c66216025022.png\" alt=\"01\" width=\"513\" height=\"185\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step Two. Choose the speed for burning.
