But when there is an incoming call on skype for example, you want your laptop to either completely stop playing the music, or at least reduce the volume, so that you will be able to take the call undisturbed.<br \/>\nHere is how to automatically reduce volume or mute the sounds when you receive an incoming call:<\/p>\n<p>Step One. Open the Control Panel and click on \u201cHardware and Sounds\u201d:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1809\" src=\"https:\/\/www.filepuma.com\/reviews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/zJvsI9405438da83d8b18340855401.png\" alt=\"01\" width=\"445\" height=\"247\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step Two.
