Here is the instruction to tell you how to censor with a mosaic in Photoshop.

1. Go to menu click on ” Window”, choose “Layers” to bring up the Layers panel. Drag your “Background” layer onto the “Create a New Layer” icon at the bottom of the panel to duplicate it so your original image remains intact.

2. Activate the Rectangular Marquee tool. Click and drag around the area you need to obscure, creating an active selection.

3. Go to”Filter” menu, click on “Pixelate—-Mosaic.”

4. Check the “Preview” box: enlarge the cell size and click on the “OK” button to apply your settings..

5. Save your file.
