Now there is a program that can help you find the missing favorites list.
Step One: Download PC Tuneup Maestro and install it on your computer.
Step Two: Click “Fix & Clean”; then click “Internet Explorer Repair”
Step Three: Click “Restore Internet Explorer Favorites Bar” or “Find the Favorites Folder”
