ALLPlayer is probably the most popular program for watching movies with subtitles. It plays all known media formats, and furthermore has an implemented LiveUpdate function to update the latest codecs if there is a problem with opening a movie file. Here is the instruction to tell you how to convert a video file with ALLPlayer.
1. Run ALLPlayer. You could download and install it from here:

2. Open the video file you want to convert with ALLPlayer. Right click in the blank, go to “Convert—-ALLConverterPRO(to AVI/3GP/Mp4…)” tab in the new window onscreen. Or you can just right click in the blank, choose “Control Panel” tab in the new window onscreen, and then click on the “Tool—-Other” on the left.
3. Click on the “Start” button, then a new window appears with the conversion process visible.
