Audacity is a free, easy-to-use and multilingual audio editor and recorder for Windows, Mac OS X, GNU/Linux and other operating systems. You may want to use your Audacity to play audio files from Windows Media Player. Here is the instruction to tell you how to do this. In fact, this is a matter of finding the actual location of the file.
1. Download and install Audacity from here:

2. Start Windows Media Player and click on the “Library” tab. Then you will see all the music file in library. And select “Music” in “Library” menu.

3. Right-click the song you want to import into Audacity. Select “Open File Location” in the new menu. Now you could easily find the song location on your hard drive.

4. Drag the files into the gray area of the Audacity window. Now you’ve successfully import the song into Audacity. You could play it and edit eaily.

As we all know, most photo printing services use formats 3:2 or 2:3 (10×15 cm or 4×6 inches) for photos. If your images (e.g. from a compact digital camera) are 4:3 or 3:4 (see in Image->Info menu in IrfanView, Original size ratio), you should better crop the desired image area in format 3:2 or 2:3 and print the cropped image. Here is the instruction.

1. Open the image with IrfanView.
2. Go to menu: Edit->Create maximized selection. For landscape images use 3:2, for portrait images use 2:3.

3. See the selection rectangle. You could use mouse or keyboard to move it.

4. When the selection is OK, go to “Edit->Crop” and then “File->Save-As”. Or you could also go to “Options->JPG Lossless Crop” to save the selected image.
5. Use the new file for printing services.

PDF files need to be opened with Adobe Acrobat Pro, and you need a great PDF edit program to make changes about the PDF file. Or it won’t be an easy thing. Here is the instruction to tell you how to convert a PDF to Microsoft Publisher. Because Microsoft Publisher is an editable format, you could edit the file easily and quickly.

 

1. Launch Adobe Acrobat Pro and open the document you want to convert.

2. Go to “File—-Export,” and then select the “Word Document” option.

3. Select the location to save the Word document, and change the source PDF name. Click on the “Save” button.

4. Start the Microsoft Publisher.

5. Click on the “File” and select the “Import Word Document” option.

6. Click on “Look in” button and select the location you saved the Word document. Click on the file and select the “OK” button to confirm

7. Now you’ve successfully convert and open the file. You could view its content or make any changes you want.
