If you need to remotely access and control another computer, there is a free program which allows you to do that. The program is called “TeamViewer” and it is free to download and install.
Here is how to control another remote computer using TeamViewer:
Step One. Install and open Teamviewer:
Step Two. Under “Control remote computer”, enter the number of the “Partner ID” you want to access. They should have TeamViewer installed and send you that number:
Step Three. Make sure “Remote control” radio button is clicked and click “Connect to partner”:
Step Four. Enter the 4-digit password. That should be sent by your partner computer too:
Step Five. Click on “Log on”:
Now you will be able to see the remote desktop, and control the mouse, keyboard and computer.
